Who can see our family journal?
A Private Journal is only for you. With a Shared Journal, you choose who to invite and what they can see or add.
What happens after the 7 days?
Unsaved shared photos and videos are no longer available after the sharing window ends. The media you chose to Save, along with your saved story, stay in your own archive. Saving after the window expires is unavailable unless the sender shares again.
Do you store all of my photos?
No. You choose what to add. MerryGo keeps your memory’s story and a lightweight display version. Shared originals are temporarily available for up to 7 days; your own photo library is their permanent home.
Do I need to pay to save a memory?
No. Saving is free, including classroom memories saved into a Family Journal you choose. A paid Shared Journal lets you invite your family into that journal.
What if someone changes a memory I saved?
Your saved version is yours. Later changes don’t silently rewrite it. You decide whether to accept offered updates.
